Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls).
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items.
  • Arrange logistics for internal and external meetings, room bookings, and catering.
  • Serve as primary contact between executives and stakeholders.
  • Draft and distribute memos and communications.
  • Oversee office supplies and equipment maintenance.
  • Coordinate with IT for support and equipment needs.
  • Assist in planning special projects and events; monitor timelines.
