- Support executives in their daily administrative duties
- Respond to sensitive and highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Maintain and prioritize executives’ Outlook calendars
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, reserve and prepare facilities, and take meeting notes when needed
- Coordinate executive travel and create travel itineraries
- Complete and submit expense reports
- Organize and maintain file systems and records
- Prepare outgoing emails for the executive’s organization
- Support offsite events and work flexibly when needed
- Compile information and create Microsoft PowerPoint/Keynote presentations
- Pull reports, articles, and company information
- Assist the executive’s team with tasks as needed
- Update the team/department on company housekeeping items
- Support more than one executive when needed
- Coordinate with marketing and department administrators to schedule meetings and align executive calendars
- Order and maintain supplies and arrange equipment maintenance
- Help onboard new teammates
- Perform other assigned duties

- 3 years of experience working in a professional business environment
- Experience supporting Communications teams preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook and PowerPoint
- MacBook proficiency and experience developing Keynote presentations
- Must reside within commuting distance of Under Armour's global headquarters in Baltimore, MD
- Must be able to work 4 days per week in-office, with the remainder of the work week remote
