Job description

Provide administrative support to individuals or departments. Perform general clerical and office duties with minimal guidance, following established procedures and practices.

Location:
Truist requires in-office presence 4 days per week (1 day remote). Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to:

  • Charlotte, NC
  • Atlanta, GA
  • Winston-Salem, NC
Note: No full remote or relocation assistance available at this time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare correspondence, reports, and forms. Compose correspondence within guidelines. Manage routine projects. Provide guidance to other administrative staff. Maintain files and records. Screen calls and handle travel arrangements, expenses, meetings, and appointments. Handle confidential information discreetly. Make recommendations to management. Interact with internal and external customers to resolve issues.

Qualifications:
Required: High school diploma or equivalent, 7+ years of clerical experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, operate office equipment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Physical ability for light labor.

Preferred: Associate's degree, knowledge of Microsoft Access and PowerPoint, industry-specific certifications, international travel booking experience.
