Responsibilities

• Provide financial support by reviewing expenses and invoices for meetings and events.
• Coordinate travel logistics and itineraries for department leaders.
• Conduct research and prepare reports with actionable recommendations for projects.
• Schedule meetings, conferences, and events; take minutes where required and participate in agenda setting.
• Draft correspondence, create PowerPoint presentations and Excel sheets with peer review for quality control.
