Job summary

Pfizer seeks a seasoned ADME scientist to advance small molecule programs from discovery through development. You will own enzymology strategies, mitigate disposition risks, and translate data into actionable recommendations for project teams.

You will shape study design, lead critical ADME workstreams, and mentor scientists to build technical independence while advancing translational objectives.

Qualifications

• PhD/MS/BS with progressive ADME experience in industry.
• Strong knowledge of enzyme kinetics, phenotyping, DDI and PK predictions.
• Experience leading complex ADME workstreams and guiding project decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ADME owner for project questions and guide strategy.
• Design and interpret fit-for-purpose enzymology studies for clearance and translation.
• Integrate in vitro ADME data to define next-step experiments and mitigations.
• Own ADME risk assessments to support project decisions.
• Lead experiments with high scientific rigor and mentor colleagues.
