Qualifications

• PhD/PharmD/MD with 3+ years scientific experience OR MS with 6+ years OR BS with 8+ years.
• Bioconjugation process development expertise, preferably in ADCs.
• GMP manufacturing and technology transfer to CMOs.
• Publications, patents, and presentations demonstrating impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to develop sustainable, cost-effective bioconjugate manufacturing processes across clinical stages.
• Drive bioconjugation technology innovation and process understanding through modeling and characterization.
• Support cGMP manufacturing and tech transfer to GMP facilities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to staff; ensure project milestones are met.
