Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field.
• 3+ years of in‑vehicle lateral or longitudinal motion development.
• 3+ years of MATLAB/Simulink experience.
• Knowledge of vehicle dynamics and chassis components.
• Ability to lead a small project and take initiative to improve features.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer and corporate vehicle motion needs into subsystem requirements.
• Develop longitudinal and lateral motion attributes for BlueCruise features.
• Develop and validate in‑vehicle motion algorithms.
• Create in‑vehicle Design Verification Methods for vehicle motion.
• Calibrate vehicle motion algorithms in‑vehicle.
• Develop toolsets supporting vehicle motion development.
• Lead root‑cause analysis of motion error states.
• Travel to Arizona 2–4 weeks annually.
