Job summary

Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, Michigan seeks an ADAS MBD Software & Autocode Engineer to join the Product Development team. This hybrid role combines home and on-site work from the Dearborn worksite within commuting distance.

You will autocode generation of MBD software for ADAS features, review requirements with feature owners, develop model code, and support calibration, verification, and software signoff across vehicle programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field with 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience.
• 5 years of experience with MATLAB/Simulink, and with Autocode generation for MBD software.
• 2 years of Agile/Scrum practices and experience with AUTOSAR authoring tools and AUTOSAR compliant embedded software.
• 1 year of MIL/SIL testing of MBD software.

Responsibilities

• Autocode generation of MBD software to support ADAS development, including specifications, model/code implementation, verification, and validation.
• Review requested requirements and system interactions with feature owners.
• Support model development activities and apply robust design and code generation practices.
• Review code-generation reports and CAE procedures with testing teams and calibrate software signoff.
