Job summary

Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, Michigan is seeking an ADAS Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced driver assistance systems.

You will develop control algorithms using MATLAB and Simulink, lead MiL development for ADAS features, and assess feature performance with data from radar, camera, or LiDAR.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2 years of experience with radar/camera/LiDAR integration for ADAS features.
• 1 year of experience in embedded software development and model-based design.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
• Develop control algorithms in MATLAB and Simulink and lead MiL development for ADAS features.
• Conduct feature performance analysis using Simulink MiL and data from sensing systems.
• Support feature specifications, FMEAs, robustness disciplines and DVP.
