P17 Solutions, LLC in Egg Harbor Township, NJ, seeks a Senior Adaptation Specialist/Engineer to support the FAA TFDM program. You will configure, integrate, validate, and maintain TFDM capabilities at terminal facilities while building tools and data pipelines.

The role requires translating operational needs into technical configurations, coordinating with ATC and engineering teams, and delivering reliable, scalable TFDM deployments with robust data integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in aviation systems adaptation, ATC operations, or system integration
• Ability to translate operational needs into technical requirements and functional configurations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary TFDM adaptation contact at terminal sites.
• Develop and validate site-specific TFDM configurations (gate layouts, routing, data rules).
• Collaborate with ATC, Technical Operations, and engineering teams to align requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain internal scenario generation tools and supporting apps.
