A leading government contracting company is seeking a Junior Adaptation Engineer to support the FAA's Terminal Flight Data Manager team in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. This full-time, on-site role involves data validation, engineering support, and technical documentation in a dynamic environment focused on optimizing airport surface management. Candidates must be US citizens or have valid work authorization and a relevant degree.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen, US Green Card holder, or valid non-immigrant work authorization.
• Must have a valid US equivalency certificate for non-US degrees.
• Up to four years of related work experience, or a Master's degree with up to one year.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd level engineering support for TFDM.
• Develop and validate site adaptation data for TFDM.
• Collect and analyze local site data for operational needs.
• Prepare technical documentation including configuration summaries.
• Monitor system performance and propose adaptation refinements.
