Verve is looking for a results-driven professional for a critical role in managing advertiser accounts. The individual will ensure client success, optimize campaigns, and help enhance performance by leveraging deep expertise in customer success and the programmatic advertising ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving client growth and retention and strong analytical skills to deliver actionable insights. This role is hybrid, requiring three days in office for those within a reasonable commute.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer success, ad operations, or programmatic campaign management.
• Deep expertise in DSP platforms and the programmatic ecosystem.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on client growth and retention.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for advertiser accounts.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution and analyze campaign data.
• Develop strategic plans to enhance campaign performance.
