Job summary

Walmart Connect in Hoboken, NJ seeks a Senior Partner Manager to own revenue growth and enterprise account strategy for pharmaceutical and healthcare advertisers. You will translate priorities into compliant, full-funnel media strategies and lead complex sales cycles with executive-level clients.

Lead cross-functional teams, build strategic partnerships, and manage regulatory considerations to drive measurable growth within Walmart’s health ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related area.
• Master's degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area.
• 5 years' experience in brand advertising (for example, television, video, sponsorship), media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile, or online sales.
• 5 years' experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales.
• 5 years' experience managing client accounts.
• 5 years' experience as a strategic advisor working with C-suite clients.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue growth and account strategy across a portfolio of pharmaceutical and healthcare advertisers.
• Build trusted executive relationships across manufacturers, agencies, and strategy/investment teams.
• Lead annual planning, joint business planning, negotiations, and senior-level client engagements.
• Translate brand priorities, patient journeys, and market dynamics into compliant, full-funnel media strategies across onsite, offsite, CTV, video, and in-store.
• Identify and convert growth opportunities tied to new brand launches, disease education and awareness, and seasonal health moments.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Walmart Connect and Health & Wellness stakeholders to navigate regulatory requirements, remove barriers, and deliver business outcomes.
