Job summary

SoundCloud, a global music platform with offices in New York and Los Angeles, seeks a Senior Manager of Ad Operations to lead day-to-day GAM operations and cross-channel ad tech initiatives. You will troubleshoot programmatic and direct advertising, manage inventory health, and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Finance to align with revenue goals.

The role requires 5+ years in ad operations, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with GAM, Looker, and BigQuery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Ad Operations, Revenue Operations, Ad Technology, Ad Development, or digital advertising.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day GAM operations, configuration, governance, and ad health.
• Troubleshoot advertising across direct, programmatic, reseller, and partner-driven demand.
• Manage inventory health, forecasting, availability, utilization, delivery, and partner configurations via reporting against budgets and goals.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering on ad development, integrations, troubleshooting, and platform improvements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Programmatic, Data, and Finance to maintain visibility into performance and priorities.
• Support Sales and external partners on technically complex advertising solutions and delivery requirements.
• Maintain strong operational documentation, QA standards, and structured workflows.
