SoundCloud seeks a Senior Manager, Ad Operations to lead day-to-day GAM operations and optimize the global ad stack. You will coordinate across Sales, Programmatic, Data, and Finance to ensure delivery against revenue goals and partnerships.

You bring strong analytical skills, experience with GAM, Looker, and BigQuery, and a collaborative mindset to drive scalable ad solutions and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Ad Operations, Revenue Operations, or digital advertising.
• Hands-on GAM experience across display, video, and audio.
• Experience with multiple advertising channels including direct, programmatic, and resellers.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot complex ad systems and translate data into insights.
• Ability to map and optimize ad-serving architecture and workflows.
• Proficient in Excel, Looker, and BigQuery; familiarity with AI-assisted tools.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day GAM operations, configuration, governance, and ad health.
• Troubleshoot ads across direct, programmatic, reseller, and partner-driven demand channels.
• Monitor inventory, forecasting, availability, and delivery; report against budgets and goals.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering on ad development and integrations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Programmatic, Data and Finance to track performance and risks.
• Support Sales and partners on complex advertising solutions and delivery.
• Maintain operational documentation, QA standards, and workflows.
