ChristianaCare is seeking an Acute Care Operations Manager to lead operations for the Hospitalists in the Acute Care Service Line across a multi-site environment. This role drives staffing, locum management, onboarding, process improvement, and team leadership to support efficient patient care.

The successful candidate will combine business acumen with healthcare operations expertise and collaborative leadership to enhance provider experiences and care delivery across the health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred in healthcare or business management.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations or similar.
• Experience with provider staffing, scheduling, and onboarding.
