ChristianaCare seeks a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to advise Medical Group Clinical and Operational leaders and ambulatory leadership. You will shape culture, drive people strategies, and support the workforce needed to deliver exceptional care across our health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years HR experience in healthcare or matrixed environment.
• HRBP or internal consulting experience preferred.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification desirable.
• Proven ability to influence, advise, and build trust with diverse leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clinical and operational leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Act as a trusted HR consultant and advisor to leaders.
• Guide leaders in performance management, workforce planning, and change management.
• Leverage caregiver survey insights and HR metrics to strengthen engagement and organizational health.
• Collaborate across HR Centers of Excellence to implement impactful programs.
• Lead with integrity, confidentiality, and continuous improvement.
