Centene Corp. seeks an experienced Actuary to analyze value-based care contracts, develop financial models, and assess financial risk and opportunity. You will review vendor data, pricing terms, and assist negotiations with Medicare/Marketplace and Medicaid teams.

Requires 5+ years actuarial experience with ASA or 4+ years with FSA, strong Excel/SQL/Teradata/Snowflake skills, and the ability to present findings to leadership. Remote within the continental U.S.

Competenze

• 5+ years actuarial experience with ASA or 4+ years with FSA.
• ASA/MAAA preferred.
• Strong SQL/Excel proficiency and data analysis skills.

Mansioni

• Lead the development of financial models to assess financial risk and opportunity for VBC arrangements.
• Analyze claims and vendor performance data to establish baselines and identify trends.
• Provide analytical support during vendor negotiations, including terms and methodologies.
• Communicate complex findings to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Identify issues in vendor contracts and align on strategy with Medicare/Marketplace and Medicaid teams.
• Research new business opportunities and apply finance knowledge.
