Centene seeks an experienced actuary to lead financial modeling for value-based care arrangements, analyze claims and vendor data, and support negotiations with external partners across Medicare, Marketplace and Medicaid teams.

The role emphasizes communicating complex findings to leadership, developing robust risk models, and ensuring VBC strategies are sound and aligned with enterprise goals. Fully remote within the continental U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years actuarial experience with ASA or 4+ years with FSA.
• Member of the American Academy of Actuaries preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Strong analytical, modeling and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of financial models for VBC arrangements.
• Analyze claims and vendor performance data to establish baselines and trends.
• Provide analytical support during negotiations with external vendors.
• Collaborate with Medicare/Marketplace and Medicaid teams on impact analysis.
• Communicate complex findings to leadership and non-technical audiences.
