Centene Corporation seeks a Senior Actuarial Analyst to lead financial modeling for value-based care arrangements, including shared savings and capitation, with remote work options. The role requires ASA or FSA and 5+ years of actuarial experience; experience with vendor negotiations and healthcare data is preferred.

You will partner with Medicare/Marketplace and Medicaid teams and present insights to leadership.

Competenze

• 5+ years actuarial experience required with ASA; or 4+ years with FSA.
• MAAA preferred.
• Strong skills in Excel, SQL, Teradata, and Snowflake.

Mansioni

• Lead financial models to assess financial risk and opportunity in VBC arrangements (shared savings/risk, capitation, bundled payments).
• Analyze claims and vendor performance data to establish baselines, measure performance, and identify trends.
• Provide analytical support during negotiations with external vendors, including financial terms, risk structures, and methodologies.
• Communicate complex findings and recommendations to leadership and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategy and ensure VBC strategies are sound and feasible.
