• 5+ years of actuarial experience and ASA designation, or 4+ years with FSA designation
• MAAA membership preferred
• Experience with vendor arrangements, healthcare claims, revenue data, and trend analysis

Mansioni

• Lead development of financial models for VBC arrangements (shared savings/risk, capitation, bundled payments)
• Analyze claims and vendor performance data to establish baselines and identify trends
• Provide analytical support during external vendor negotiations (financial terms, risk structures, methodologies)
• Communicate complex findings to leadership and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with Medicare/Marketplace and Medicaid teams to assess impact of policy changes
