Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of actuarial experience; FSA designation expected.
• High proficiency in actuarial techniques; acts as technical authority.

Responsibilities

• Designs, refines, and oversees sophisticated actuarial models for pricing and profitability.
• Assesses new product concepts, focusing on complex initiatives.
• Performs advanced statistical analyses to uncover risk patterns and insights.
• Authors actuarial reports translating analyses into actionable recommendations.
• Communicates findings clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• collaborates with underwriting, finance, product development, and claims teams.
• Leads or contributes as SME on multi-disciplinary projects to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvements and implements changes.
