Job summary

Great American Employer Health Solutions is hiring a Senior Product Analyst to support the development, enhancement, and administration of medical stop loss and Level Funded Plus programs. This fully remote role requires collaboration across underwriting, claims, compliance, legal, actuarial, and marketing, with some travel.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in insurance, employee benefits, or related fields, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in insurance, employee benefits, or product management.
• Experience with medical stop loss or level funding preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Employer Health Solutions products to support growth and competitiveness.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, operations, compliance, legal, actuarial, and marketing.
• Coordinate with vendors to document and review product details supporting pricing and implementation.
• Analyze product performance and market data to identify enhancements and new products.
• Support product filings, regulatory compliance, and product launches.
