Job summary

Pacific Life is seeking a Senior Actuary to join the Enterprise Modeling Team. The role is on-site four days a week with one remote day, based in Newport Beach, CA, Omaha, NE, or Charlotte, NC, with relocation assistance available.

You will drive production aspects of the model lifecycle, support validation and testing, document changes, and collaborate across IT and business partners to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science or related field.
• FSA designation or equivalent.
• 6+ years actuarial experience with Prophet models.

Responsibilities

• Execute model development lifecycle tasks for valuation and production models.
• Support UAT, model validation, code changes, and master model merges.
• Maintain model documentation with approvals and influences across bases.
