Blue Cross NC is seeking a Senior Actuarial Data Systems Analyst to provide technical data support and develop solutions for actuarial financial data systems.

You will lead data marts maintenance, perform data refreshes, validation, and QA, and collaborate with business teams to implement data-driven improvements. This role offers a Hybrid-Flex environment with remote work options and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).
• 5+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Manages maintenance and optimization of Actuarial Systems Data Marts.
• Performs monthly data refreshes, financial validations, and QA checks for Actuarial reporting and analytics.
• Analyze business problems, develop recommendations, implement solutions, and communicate actions and results.
• Develop decision support solutions including medical and pharmacy claim financial data builds, data extracts, reports, data mart tables, views and analysis.
• Ensure financial granular detail data is auditable, snapshotted, and stored for audits.
