Job summary

Caring Places Management in Enumclaw, WA is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to develop and coordinate engaging activity programs for our senior residents at Cascade Place. The role emphasizes programs that nurture physical, social, intellectual, artistic, and spiritual wellbeing, while building a warm, homelike community.

You will recruit and train volunteers, coordinate staff involvement, plan events, and ensure activities run smoothly within budget, reflecting residents' varied interests

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lead senior exercise programs and activities.
• Must be able to lift 25–40 pounds.
• Experience coordinating activities for seniors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement activities programs addressing residents' physical, social, intellectual, artistic, and spiritual needs.
• Coordinate and host special events and daily activities calendars.
• Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers and staff involvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate activity programs.
• Maintain equipment within budget and source community resources.
