Job summary

Caring Places Management's Easthaven Villa in Yelm, WA, is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to join the memory care team. You will develop and coordinate meaningful activity programs reflecting residents' interests, including inside and outside activities, and coordinate volunteers and staff involvement.

You will oversee creating calendars, hosting events, and engaging residents with varied programming while staying within budget and collaborating with department heads.

Qualifications

• Must have high school degree or equivalent.
• Ability to lead and coordinate activity programs for memory care residents.
• Strong communication and creativity for planning activities/events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive activities program for residents’ physical, social, intellectual, artistic, and spiritual needs.
• Coordinate and host special events and holiday activities.
• Create and maintain monthly/daily activity calendars.
• Cultivate community resources and volunteers; coordinate involvement of staff.
• Ensure activities comply with policies and budget guidelines.
