Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care seeks an Activities Coordinator to lead and coordinate resident programs in our Illinois communities. You will organize diverse activities, engage residents, and maintain event schedules to ensure vibrant daily life.

Role requires strong communication, flexibility, and weekend availability, with duties including planning events, greeting new residents, and supporting census efforts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write simple correspondence.
• Able to present information in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to work varied schedules, weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate activity programs.
• Provide diversified recreational activities with supervision.
• Develop programs for residents including for those confined to rooms.
• Engage residents to encourage participation.
• Inform residents of upcoming activities and post a current schedule.
• Greet new residents and help integrate them into the community.
• Plan monthly parties and seasonal decorations.
• Support census-building initiatives within the community.
• Maintain records of activities and resident participation as required by state law.
• May drive the company vehicle when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
