Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Able to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Able to write simple correspondence and present information clearly.
• Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
• Weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Leads assigned activity programs.
• Offers adequate and diversified recreational activities with supervision.
• Develops programs for residents, including those confined to rooms.
• Engages and motivates residents for participation.
• Maintains and shares a current events schedule on bulletin boards.
• Greet new residents and foster inclusion across backgrounds.
• Assists in planning parties/activities and decorating the community per season/holiday.
• Supports census-building initiatives.
• Maintains records of activities and participation as required by state law.
• May drive company vehicle to destinations if required.
• Performs other duties as needed.
