Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Able to write simple correspondence and present information in one-on-one and small groups.
• Able to work various schedules and shifts as needed.
• Weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Leads assigned activity programs.
• Offers adequate and diversified recreational activities with supervision.
• Develops programs for residents.
• Engages and motivates residents to participate.
• Informs residents of upcoming activities and maintains a schedule.
• Greets new residents and helps engage them with others.
• Assists in planning parties and events and decorating the community.
• Supports census-building initiatives.
• Maintains records of activities and participation as required by state law.
