Senior Community Care of Northern Kentucky PACE, a program of Volunteers of America National Services, seeks an Activities Assistant in Florence, KY. This role focuses on delivering activities for elderly participants within the PACE program, aiming to support health, well-being, and social engagement in a compassionate care setting.

Qualifications

• Experience providing activities programming to elderly population.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and medical orders.
• Long-term care experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide activities programming to elderly population.
• Support Participants’ physical and emotional well-being with meaningful connections and compassionate, person-centered care.
• Monitor and report changes in participants’ condition to the nursing team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment following care plans and infection control standards.
