Senior Community Care of Northern Kentucky PACE is seeking an Activities Assistant in Florence, KY. This role contributes to a compassionate, purpose-driven care environment where you help residents engage in meaningful activities and social interaction.

You will work Monday through Friday with occasional weekends and evenings, supporting the well-being of participants and collaborating with the nursing team to ensure high-quality care.

Formación

• Experience delivering activities programming to elderly populations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and medical orders.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide activities programming to elderly participants.
• Support participants' physical and emotional well-being by building meaningful connections and delivering compassionate, person-centered care.
• Monitor and report changes in participants’ condition to the nursing team to ensure timely and appropriate care.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment while following care plans, safety protocols, and infection control standards.

Pay Range: $17.00 - $20.00, based on experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday, occasional weekends and evenings
