Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a Full-Time Activities Assistant to help plan and execute resident activities, assist in monthly calendar, and support transportation to events within the community.

The role requires 21+, HS diploma, valid driver’s license with clean MVR and at least 3 years driving; strong communication and customer service; ability to work independently and multitask.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, a clean motor vehicle record, and at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and other team members.
• Must be self-motivated, organized, and professional. Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Strong customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, planning, implementation, and execution of activities for residents.
• Assist in the development of the monthly calendar, procuring performers, providing seminars, and maintaining the resident library.
• Drive residents to events, assisting residents to enter and exit the community vehicle.
