Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is hiring for a full-time Activities Assistant to support residents with engaging programs and events. You will help develop, plan, and execute daily activities to enhance resident life and well-being within the community.

In this role, you’ll assist in creating monthly calendars, coordinating performers, and leading seminars, while maintaining a resident library. You may also drive residents to events, ensuring safe entry and exit from the community vehicle.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and at least 3 years driving experience.
• Clear communication with residents, family members, and team members.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development, planning, implementation, and execution of resident activities.
• Assist in developing monthly calendar, procuring performers, providing seminars, and maintaining the resident library.
• Drive residents to events and assist residents to enter and exit the community vehicle.
