Lifesteps Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Activities (Resident Engagement) Coordinator for Seniors in the Butler area. The role focuses on planning and coordinating therapeutic activities for Adult Day Health Services participants, providing direct care, and reporting on participants’ progress under supervision.

The position offers weekdays, 12:00pm–6:00pm hours, no evenings, weekends, or holidays, with a supportive environment in a nonprofit setting that values helping seniors live their best lives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Recreational Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or related field.
• Two years experience in human services with aging and functionally disabled adults.
• Valid PA driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate therapeutic activities that meet Adult Day Health Services participants’ needs and preferences.
• Provide direct client care, observe and report participants’ performance, and assist staff with service delivery.
• Assume Supervisor responsibilities in the Supervisor's absence and support team.
