You will work closely with residents and families to tailor programs, oversee staff, and collaborate with hospital and community resources to enhance quality of life and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the activity programs of the Facility.
• Keep abreast of federal and state regulations and recommend policy changes.
• Develop and implement activity needs assessments for residents.
• Coordinate with other departments to integrate activity services.
• Participate in discharge planning and resident assessments.
