You will oversee the Activity Department and design activities that address physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs, ensuring high-quality care and engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior Activity Aide and/or Activity Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is required.
• One year of experience in a director or managerial role.
• NCCAP Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Activity Department.
• Implement and direct activity programs that meet residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
• Participate in resident care conferences and develop new activity programs to keep up with trends and industry standards.
