Harmony Senior Services, LLC seeks an Activities Coordinator to develop and deliver monthly wellness-based programs for residents. You will lead multiple daily activities, coordinate with care teams, and promote resident participation through engaging events.

The role requires strong organizational skills, a flexible schedule including weekends and occasional evenings, and a valid driver’s license to assist with transportation and off-site outings. Prior experience with seniors is preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1-3 years in activities/elder care preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexible, imaginative, engaging with seniors.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Develops a monthly program of activities based on wellness dimensions.
• Leads 6-7 high quality programs per day.
• Surveys residents to tailor interests and satisfaction with activities.
• Coordinates with the program team to plan calendars and outings.
• Fosters relationships with residents and families to promote participation.
• Maintains records and assists in resident council meetings.
• Organizes and maintains programming areas and supplies.
• Recruits and coordinates a robust volunteer program.
• Posts notices and posters to promote programs.
• Arranges seating and equipment for activities and transports residents as needed.
• Provides transportation to activities and occasional doctor appointments.
