Job summary

VTG seeks a Sr Action Officer to support the Director's Action Group in Chantilly, VA. You will manage and track TASKING, coordinate high-level meetings, draft executive communications, and develop SOPs for action processing in a DoD/IC context.

The role requires TS/SCI with Poly, a strong background in federal acquisitions or DoD/IC programs, and proven ability to collaborate with senior executives across organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical or business-related discipline.
• Active TS/SCI w/Poly required.
• 10 years within IC/DoD or 5 years within Chantilly customer environment.
• Experience working with senior executives at multiple levels.
• Experience in federal acquisitions, DoD, or IC budget and finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track TIER actions and closure for the DAG.
• Draft, proofread, edit, and review executive-level correspondence.
• Coordinate and maintain presentations for Senior Executive audiences.
• Develop SOPs for the action tracking process; facilitate user requirements.
• Lead training courses and provide DAG support functions.
