This position supports the Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM) as a Senior Acquisition Specialist. In this role you will be the lead technical writer and quality control authority for the Facilities Directorate’s Statement of Work (SOW) Writing Cell, responsible for producing and overseeing the development of SOW, Performance Work Statements (PWS), and pre-acquisition documentation in support of MCICOM GF facilities projects across the MILCON, FSRM, and demolition portfolios. You will interface directly with Government contracting and program personnel to ensure acquisition documents accurately reflect technical requirements and comply with FARs, DFARS, and DoW acquisition policy. This individual reviews all team deliverables before Government submission and manages workload distribution across the cell.
