Job summary

Nationwide IT Services seeks a Senior Acquisition Program Analyst to support SAF/AQP, Global Power Programs Directorate. The role focuses on planning, budgeting, and execution for a $10B portfolio including advanced aircraft programs, weapons, and missile systems.

On-site engagement and top-level briefing duties are required. The candidate should have a TS/SCI clearance, a Master’s degree, and 10+ years in DoD acquisition with PPBE experience, plus strong communication and briefing skills.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering.
• Total of 10 years acquisition experience.
• Experience with DoD PPBE process, including budget documentation.
• Proficient with computer-based tools: MS Office, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS; Adobe.
• Ability to learn new software quickly; strong public speaking and briefing skills.
• Work experience substitutions allowed: 12 years for MA/MS; BA/BS +8 years for MA/MS.

Responsibilities

• Support Headquarters Air Force budget preparation and defense, SAE oversight and decision-making activities.
• Maintain and analyze planning, scheduling, and management data.
• Study and recommend on requirements, acquisition strategies, and program documentation.
• Provide honest broker assessments on milestone decisions and contractor issues.
• Research program trends and recommend solutions; track funding allocations and program goals.
• Prepare PPBE documentation to articulate current programs and support review processes.
