Job summary

OBXtek is seeking an Acquisition Program Analyst to support SAF/AQ through STAQSS II. On-site role with heavy program analysis, budgeting, and milestone assessments.

You will analyze data, craft acquisition strategies, and brief leadership on a wide range of Air Force programs. Requirements include 10+ years in DoD acquisitions, an active Secret or Top Secret clearance (SCI eligibility may be required), and strong MS Office/SharePoint skills.

Qualifications

• Active Secret or Top Secret clearance; SCI eligibility may be required.
• 10+ years of DoD acquisitions experience in a SP/O or HQ setting.
• Experience with PPBE processes, budget documentation, and budget execution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, TEAMS, and Acrobat.
• Ability to learn new software and IT tools quickly.
• Strong public speaking skills for briefs and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support HAF budget preparation, SAE oversight, and program execution.
• Maintain planning, scheduling, and management data analyses.
• Provide recommendations on requirements, strategies, and milestone plans.
• Offer impartial assessments of programs approaching milestones and contractor issues.
• Prepare PPBE documentation and support Air Force review processes.
• Research program trends, identify issues, and propose solutions.
