Job summary

Fi, a fast-growing pet-tech company in New York, seeks a Senior Manager, Acquisition Marketing to own Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and YouTube strategies for scalable growth. You’ll set strategy, drive CAC/ROAS targets, manage budgets, and partner with Finance on unit economics while leading testing and incrementality programs.

You will build and optimize campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, and DSP, ensuring creative assets align with brand and performance goals in a dynamic,

Qualifications

• 6+ years in performance marketing with hands-on ownership of Google Ads across Search, Performance Max, and YouTube.
• Hands-on Amazon Ads ownership across Sponsored Products/Brands/DSP with CAC or TACoS impact.
• Fluency in payback and LTV-to-CAC math for hardware plus subscription models.

Responsibilities

• Own hands-on execution across Google Ads portfolio: Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube.
• Own Amazon Ads end to end: Sponsored Products/Brands/Display/DSP; set spend strategy and launch support for new products.
• Manage CAC against acquisition targets, champion true unit economics with Finance.
• Own YouTube strategy across reach and performance, including testing to optimize mix.
• Lead peak planning for product launches and major events with budget scenarios and bidding strategies.
