QinetiQ US in the United States is seeking a Senior Acquisition Manager to lead space program acquisitions, including ACAT-like boards, program documentation, and cost/schedule control. You will coordinate with technical teams, government partners, and contractors to ensure program success from concept through fielding.

The position requires a TS/SCI clearance, a Masters degree, 15+ years of relevant experience, and demonstrated ability to guide complex procurements in DoW space domains.

Competenze

• Masters Degree required.
• TS/SCI eligibility.
• 15+ years of extensive, relevant experience in supporting space programs.
• Ability to lead, manage, and execute multiple internal projects including sourcing workflow tasks and summarizing large acquisition data.
• Understanding of acquisition and DoD space launch, ground and sustainment programs.
• Highly knowledgeable in developing and coordinating activities and documentation for ACAT-like Defense Acquisition Boards.
• Knowledge of PPBE process and Air Force financial management.

Mansioni

• Provide operational and technical advice for projects and programs including development and integration activities.
• Support drafting of JCIDS and acquisition documents (Initial Capability Documents, AOA, CONOPs, System Requirements).
• Provide inputs on status reporting for projects, programs, or portfolios.
• Identify improvement areas with actionable recommendations and risk mitigation plans.
• Support commitments, obligations, and expenditures of funds and perform earned value management and schedule analysis.
• Advise on Integrated Baseline Reviews/Business Financial Reviews for cost and schedule performance.
