Job summary

Titanium Cobra Solutions is seeking an experienced acquisition management professional to support the Program Delivery Office (PDO 10). The role requires an active security clearance and on-site work at the government client site.

The candidate will maintain documentation in DON CIO systems (DADMS, RDAIS) and coordinate with NAVWAR/NAVSEA/NAVAIR stakeholders, delivering readiness reports and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 10 years of acquisition management experience, or Bachelor's degree with 14 years' PMO experience.
• Active security clearance is required for this position.
• Experience documenting acquisition in systems like DADMS, DON CIO, RDAIS and AMO.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide acquisition management support for PDO 10 and ensure mission requirements are met during operations and sustainment.
• Maintain, coordinate, review, deliver, and track POR (e.g., TacMobile) acquisition and milestone documentation.
• Enter and maintain acquisition docs in DON CIO/DADMS, ASN RDA Information System (RDAIS), and AMO databases.
• Ensure documents are current and compliant with regulatory directives and guidance.
• Coordinate technical inputs to prepare ASN(RDA) Dashboard reports and PS probability of program success.
• Demonstrate stakeholder management and negotiation to drive consensus across NAVWAR, NAVSEA, NAVAIR, and Fleet Commanders.
• Support readiness reporting by collecting and analyzing readiness data and coordinating with government stakeholders.
• Support INC 3 Block 2 reporting, tracking actions and ensuring timely deliverables.
