Job summary

Tecolote seeks a Mid/Senior-Level Acquisition and Program Management Support Analyst to advise Senior Program Managers across the full lifecycle of Capability Development programs. This on-site role at SSC SYD LA AFB, CA, will shape pre- and post-contract execution and craft strategic communications for key reviews.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in acquisition management, strong DoD budget knowledge, and excellent communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of acquisition management and planning in government or defense contractor contexts.
• Ability to work independently and in teams on time-sensitive, high-visibility tasks.
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition regulations, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-contract award acquisition support to Senior Program Managers.
• Develop PMRs, PSRs, Staffer Day, and POM support materials for reviews.
• Develop and maintain program strategic communication products.
• Ensure monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting requirements are met.
