Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in an Engineering, Science, or Mathematics related major
• 6+ years of acoustical consulting experience, CEQA-focused preferred
• Experience with CEQA review processes (IS, EIR) and LORS regulations
• Ability to perform noise assessments for construction, traffic, and operation
• Experience coordinating with CEQA lead agencies and preparing technical reports

Responsibilities

• Support acoustical consulting projects and client relationships
• Develop and implement project execution approaches
• Perform environmental noise analyses and mitigation design
• Prepare reports, proposals, and fee estimates for clients
• Review local, state, and federal environmental regulations
