Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process ACHs per NACHA rules and SLAs with accuracy.
• Balance/ reconcile daily ACH processing windows and handle exceptions.
• Research and resolve disputes within regulatory timelines; document outcomes.
• Coordinate with Relationship Managers and Treasury Support to resolve file issues.
