Responsibilities

• Process ACH windows including origination file prep and balance evaluation.
• Verify and process EDI changes in Paperless Entry Processing (PEP).
• Obtain approvals within 5 days for unresolved online transactions and reversals.
• Reconcile bank settlements with Federal Reserve and EPN.
• Handle NSF, closed, or blocked accounts and power of attorney docs.
• Complete ATG verification/set-up and respond to government reclamations.
