Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a mid-level accountant to lead month-end and year-end close activities, review journal entries, and monitor general ledger integrity. The role emphasizes accurate project accounting, WIP analysis, and collaboration with operations and project teams across diverse contracts.

We value strong GAAP knowledge, 3+ years of accounting experience, and the ability to handle multiple priorities independently.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or contracting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and general ledger accounting.
• Experience with job costing and project-based accounting.
• Familiarity with WIP reporting is a plus.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required.
